Standards of Conduct

Toshiba Group Standards of Conduct provide all employees from the CEO to the newest recruit with guidelines on appropriate behavior and workplace ethics, to enable them to conduct business activities in compliance with applicable regulations and to fulfill corporate social responsibilities.

UN Global Compact

The United Nations Global Compact is a voluntary corporate citizenship initiative that defines ten universal principles covering human rights, labor and the environment. The Global Compact was established in 2000, and Toshiba was one of the first Japanese companies to join.
