Administrative - Toshiba's administrative positions require working under general supervision and performing various clerical duties that require a thorough understanding of Toshiba's organization, the respective department, processes, and procedures.

Accounting & Finance - Accounting & finance positions at Toshiba are responsible for providing monthly and yearly financial reports, creating and implementing budgets, and forecasting, carrying out billing, collection, and reporting, maintaining accounts receivable customer files, and communicating with customers via phone, email, mail, or in-person. Analyzing cost over-runs and disseminating information to top management, helping to establish standard and transfer costs for products, and assisting department managers with questions about material classifications and reporting are also vital parts of these types of position.

Customer Service - Our customer service positions are responsible for providing assistance to customers and team members. Day to day work involves answering phones and providing feedback on stocking levels, order status, order tracking, and order entry, as well as providing alternative products for out-of-stock items.

Facilities - Our facilities positions are responsible for managing facility machinery and systems and ensuring that processes are performed safely and efficiently. These positions are responsible for maintaining city, state, and federal compliance of the Toshiba waste water treatment facility. The facilities group performs minor repairs and handles day to day maintenance of the facility including lighting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, telephone and computer cabling, and modular office construction.

Human Resources - Our human resources positions are responsible for administering policies and programs on all the following: recruiting/staffing, training and development, and supporting/creating compensation and benefits efforts. Other responsibilities include working with HR information systems, employee relations, organizational charts, and developmental plans.

Information Technology - Toshiba's information systems positions deal with the implementation, support, and management of computer-based information systems, particularly software applications and computer hardware. These positions work with electronic computers, telecommunications equipment, and computer software to securely store, protect, process, transmit, convert, and retrieve electronic information. An in-depth understanding of Toshiba's processes, products and organization is required as well as a customer service attitude.

Logistics - Toshiba's logistics positions are responsible for processing return orders, receiving purchase orders, and distributing deliveries throughout Toshiba. Other responsibilities include transferring parts from the various plants to the warehouse, pulling service orders for field service and stocking of inventory.

Marketing Communications - Marketing communications positions within Toshiba are responsible for the development and implementation of Toshiba's overall marketing communication efforts including: external website, sales literature, advertising, public relations, company newsletter, graphic design, corporate branding, and market research. Marketing communications positions also manage and execute all event planning including trade shows, sales meetings, and special events.

Safety, Health, & Environmental -Toshiba's safety, health, and environmental positions are responsible for conducting audits and other assessments to identify conditions that risk safety, health, or the environment and implement procedures to eliminate these risks. Other responsibilities include providing effective training to enhance the company's overall performance in these areas and develop and implement policies and procedures to assist with performance.

Technical Writing - Toshiba's technical writers interact and collaborate with key personnel to create technical instructional manuals. These positions are also responsible for preparing charts, graphs, schematics, and two- and three-dimensional drawings for use in technical reports and journals, brochures, or instruction manuals.

Procurement - Procurement positions at Toshiba are responsible for negotiating contracts and administering purchase orders in accordance with established policies, procedures, and requirements from domestic and international suppliers. Other responsibilities include managing procurement and logistic staff purchases associated with the respective plant's production.
