TLCS-870/C Series

The TLCS-870/C Series comprises 8-bit microcontrollers are suitable for a wide variety of home appliances. The product line-up includes microcontrollers incorporating various functions to suit these applications, including flash memory with an advanced security feature, LCD driver and fluorescent display tube driver. Products with a PPG output function (with dead time) are also available and are ideal for controlling induction heating (IH) appliances and lighting equipment.
