TLCS-900H1 Series

The TLCS-900/H1 Series comprises microcontrollers based on the 32-bit high-performance 900/H1 CPU core. In addition to standard 900/H1 products with the minimum instruction execution time of 50 ns at 20 MHz, the 900/H1 Series offers high-speed products which achieve processing performance four times that of standard products by realizing the minimum instruction execution time of 12.5 ns at 80 MHz.
