The low-power consuming TX49 64-bit, MIPS-based processor was
created for high-end, performance-demanding applications. It is available as
a standard product or as an ASIC-ready core. The TX49 features instructions
suited for embedded applications and a real-time, on-silicon debug support unit
(EJTAG). The core incorporates memory management unit (MMU), hardware multiply
accumulator (MAC) and single/double precision floating point unit (FPU). It
supports MIPS I, II, and III instructions, plus prefetch, multiply/add and debug
instructions.
