reduce the cost and design complexity of advanced analog
and digital television, set-top box and other broadcast video
equipment since separate DRAM is not required.

The TC90101FG is Toshiba's first 3-line comb filter front-end
processor featuring proprietary line comb algorithms for
superior picture quality compared to previous generation
Toshiba comb filter front-end processors. It provides high-quality
analog video luma and chroma separation, multi-standard color
decoding, and advanced picture improvement functions such
as sharpness, LTI and CTI. The digital YCbCr output provides
a high-picture-quality interface to back-end digital video
processors. The device is equipped with a 10-bit analog-to-digital
(A/D) converter for composite video or luma input signals.
The TC90103AFG is a second-generation, high-performance
3D comb filter front-end processor designed for advanced
analog and digital televisions, audio/video systems,
set-top-boxes and other video processing systems. The
TC90103AFG integrates a 3D comb filter for NTSC, multi-standard
3L filter, 3D noise reduction, digital multi-standard
decoder and 5-Mbits of DRAM as frame memory in a compact
144-pin LQFP package to provide a complete solution
for analog/video processing.
