Business Development Manager
Candidate must be a leader with a proven capability to lead by example while effectively motivating, managing and providing direction to engineering and business development staff. Responsible for P&L of assigned product segment as well as oversee product definition to solve customer/market needs, positioning and management of product lifecycle. Proven capability to develop and execute with results. Business plans including product strategy/tactics and forecast of responsible product line to include gap/ROI analysis. Exceptional ability to identify and build customer relationships with key decision makers to understand customer system needs. Responsible to communicate the vision and direction for product promotion across the organization, including direction and support to sales team as needed.
