Account Development Manager

Effectively manage and maximize Toshiba's Semiconductor Business at a focus account. To achieve this objective the Account Manager plans, organizes, and coordinates the efforts of other functions within the Company including marketing, engineering, quality, customer service, and planning. The successful candidate will be strongly motivated to manage Toshiba's business with minimal direction and supervision.


Required Experience:

  • 7+ Years of Semiconductor Sales Experience (ASIC, MCU, System LSI - huge benefit for future success)
  • BS in a Technical Field, EE preferred, MBA a plus
  • Occasional overseas travel
  • Other Experience:

  • Establish and manage semiconductor sales forecast
  • Generate new semiconductor component design wins by direct promotion
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Establish yourself as the focal point for global communications
  • Close action items quickly
  • Work closely with a multicultural team
  • OTHER:
