A wide selection of white LED driver ICs, shock sensor amplifier ICs, motor controller and driver (MCDs) ICs from Toshiba bring low power and high efficiency to home, office, industrial and mobile applications. Toshiba's white LED drivers feature high-efficient, switching-type LED driver and low-noise charge pump-type LED driver ICs for low-power applications. Toshiba has also announced a new line of ultra-compact camera modules with a 64 percent reduction in module size compared to other modules using the same sensor. The CCD linear image sensors provide speed and high-image quality for printers, scanners, and bar-code readers. |
