The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be assigned to specific corporations and plants within the Toshiba OEM steam turbine generator fleet, and will be responsible for supporting and understanding the Customer`s requirements on their Toshiba-supplied equipment, and providing appropriate solutions. The role requires technical sales of service and parts agreements, and generating new business by providing products and services that will add value to our customer`s business. This includes the provision of hardware and services to customers including technical support, spare parts, hardware upgrades and outage services.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
• Undestand and Manage Customer`s Requirements
• Provision of Hardware and Services to Customers
• Feedback of Current and Future Customer Requirements to the OEM Service Team
Position Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or similar)
• 10 years experience in the US Power Industry, preferably in rotating apparatus
• Technical expertise in steam turbine operation and service
