America, Storage Device Division has formed an alliance with Advanced Multimedia Concepts.
AMC distributes products such as: Audio Cables, Installation kits (ATAPI and SCSI), CD
Caddies, etc. In addition, they offer replacement Bezels for our current CD-ROMs and DVDs

computers are handled through the Computer Systems Division Technical Support Department.

| Q: | What is the warranty on Toshiba's drives? |
| A: | The
warranty period on all Toshiba CD-ROM, DVD-ROM and DVD-RAM products is 12 months from
the date of purchase. The Warranty period on Toshiba's Hard Disk Drives is 3 years from the date of purchase. Warranties cover parts and labor. For warranty service, the drive should be returned to the dealer that you purchased it from. |
