Toshiba has detected correctable data writing issues associated with the SD-R1202 CD-R/RW-DVD-ROM combination drive that may cause data errors or data corruption. Although easily fixable, Toshiba is pro-actively informing you about this issue in the event you experience trouble writing or retrieving information on this drive. These issues can be fixed by a simple firmware download. Before recording any data to your CD-R/RW disc, we suggest you complete this firmware download. In addition we encourage you to re-record any data previously written to the CD-R/RW disc after completing the firmware change.
