make equipment fully operational again with a minimum of delay
and expense. Toshiba offers complete repair and refurbishment
services at their San Jose, California repair facility.
Toshiba's service operation has state of the art test equipment,
a modern test facility, spare parts and a highly professional
staff of technicians and service administrators dedicated
to repair and the refurbishment of Toshiba Storage Device
Division products.
Toshiba's service operation handles both warranty and non-warranty
repairs.
IMPORTANT NOTE: A Return Authorization number
is required to return defective product. Please call, fax,
e-mail or use on-line RMA form to obtain your Return Authorization
number prior to returning any product to the Repair Center.
