What is the Estimated Ship Date?

Toshiba determines the shipping date of your order by the type of product and shipment location. This guide was designed to provide you with quick answers to some of the most common shipping & delivery questions.

Some products ship from Toshiba within 1 or 2 business days while others may take longer based on customization build time or stock availability. We will always keep you informed about the progress of your order, and we’ll always let you know when products ship from Toshiba.

Shipping by product category

Orders with Multiple products

Orders with multiple products or an order also containing Customizable product(s) will see estimated ship dates corresponding with each product in the order. We will keep you informed as to when you may expect your delivery. You can check your order and delivery status with your tracking number, on your personal Order Status page.

Order Processing and shipment

This is a common order processing & shipping scenario for our products.

Order Processing
Order processing is when we check the information that you have provided in the payment and shipping screens. As Toshiba takes security very seriously, there are times it may be required we contact you to verify payment information details. Please note order delivery could be impacted if there is a delay in verifying payment information.

Build time (customization)
Customizable products, after credit verification (1-2 business days), take an average of 4-6 business days for build time irrespective of whether changes to the base model have been made Once your PC has been built, it typically takes 3-4 business days for delivery depending on location. You can track your order through your Order Status page, and you will also receive updates from Toshiba.

Out of Stock products
We estimate the availability of the product for you. If the product becomes unavailable, we will notify you via customer communication email, and may suggest comparable alternative product for you.
