This was a gift and I totally love it!!!! Its a detachable touch screen. The best part, its so light! It's picture perfect. Reasonably priced. If my kids didn't already have laptops this would be the one they each would get.

The Toshiba W35Click-A3300 Laptop is a great buy. With the detachable tablet/monitor and Windows 8.1 this computer can go anywhere and do anything. With enough power to run MS Office and many other applications and with the MS Surface capabilities it is an enjoyable tool. I think it would be great for the college student who can use the tablet for note taking. And it has the capabilities to handle the student's homework in math, science, and literature, etc. It has 2 batteries that charge from either charging port so you can remove the tablet yet have a charged battery in the keyboard. The biggest drawback that I have seen is the slow charging time. With a 13.3" screen, it is bigger and better than most tablets, yet still small and light enough to carry around.

Great Laptop & Tablet

This laptop is unique. It can be used as a laptop or a tablet, but it has much more storage & memory than any tablet. I am having a little difficulty getting used to Microsoft 8.0

Excellent product for the price

I reviewed several makes of two-in-one laptops and decided on this on this device. It had the most bang for the buck and my previous laptop was a Toshiba. I never had a problem with it in the four years I owned it, so the reliability factor was a plus in my decision. I have had this device for a little over a month now and I could not be happier. I would highly recommend this laptop to others considering a two-in-one device.

Great Convertible laptop

Very pleased with item for the flexibility of having a full operating laptop running window 8 that can also convert into a tablet

Nice convertible laptop

I bought this for the convenience to be able to use as a tablet also and has met my expectations. The only drawback I have found is the processor speed is a little slow. As far as I have been able to tell it can not be upgraded which is a negative but overall it does what I need it to do.

Needs Work!

Love the overall design. The convertibility is hands down the best feature Some of the software could stand reworking. The calendar that came loaded on it absolutely refused to sinc with my Gmail calendar - even the tech where I got my laptop finally had to resort to uninstalling it and installing o Gmail calendar. Also, the picture gallery wouldn't allow me to move, copy, or delete pics unless I was logged on. Working on getting an acceptable word processor loaded

Good size, performance, slightly heavier than normal computers. I like the tablet option but use it mainly as a computer with the keyboard. Time will tell if it will not break down

Over all, a nice machine. I had to reset it twice through the pinhole since I bought it in May, 2014. Would likef 2 USB port. Life of the batteries is excellent.

Good Laptop

I like the battery life on the laptop. It is a great starter laptop and tablet to get and learn. I use it everyday I have not had any problem with the machine yet.

good value, lacking performance.

I got the satellite click a month ago and I am overall pleased. The display size, battery life and price are very appealing. However the processor is not quite up to par with other convertible 2 in 1 laptop. Also I was disappointed that the processor wasn't displayed or advertised. Another minor complaint is that the rubber pads tore off within two weeks of use, voiding the warranty. Still overall I would still buy it again.

I enjoy the dual use as a laptop and a tablet. Performance is a little slow, but not too bad overall. We'll see how long this one lasts.

I'm not very happy with the formats of the laptop at all. It is very slow. The computer freezes up every time I try to say something to the hard drive.

Low cost tablet plus keyboard with touch screen sounded exciting but startup is very slow. Cause? Anyway it works so I'm ok in the end

Why change the keyboard?

POSTED BY: SusieQ , San Luis Obispo, CA

I have used Toshiba laptops since 1987, 5 or 6 in all. Now you have changed the keyboard! The delete key is in the upper left instead of between the insert and alt keys at the lower right. Making adjustments with the function keys at the top is one thing, they are not so frequently used. But, the delete key is used frequently and its original position was far more convenient than this new location, which requires moving my right hand from the keyboard and looking to be sure I hit the correct key. Your original keyboard was far superior to the PC variations. Why change it?

nice design, poor performance

The physical design of the Click is terrific - the ability to quick-release into a tablet is fantastic. I was so thrilled to find a tablet that was not running an Atom - and was disappointed to find that the performance was worse rather than better. The choice to not use a solid state or flash-based disk results in miserable disk I/O. End result: this beautiful, snazzy device performs horribly, with up to a minute of wait time to load a simple web page, constant lag, and a poor ability to run even the most basic programs. The physical design is ideal - exactly what I was looking for. Hopefully Toshiba will choose to upgrade internal components to make it as usable as it is beautiful. I remain a great fan of Toshiba - they make great hardware that lasts forever - but I cannot recommend this device for even the most basic use.

Disappointed because I have had your product 3 weeks when a small screw back of the keyboard fell out fortunately I found it on the counter and put it back. Same thing happened with my wife's Toshiba couple of years ago and was unable to find replacement screws. This appears to be a flaw in your products. I did email a complaint to you a couple of days ago and have yet to receive a reply. I would like to get replacement screws for both my wife and my Toshiba products. Right now I doubt if I would buy any of your products in the future. Anthony Egan

Like Toshiba dislike windows 8

Overall rating: 2 out of 5 2 out of 5

I like the quality of the Toshiba brand however I very much dislike the Windows 8!!!! To be honest I almost wish I had went with an Apple product as Microsoft products are now set up so that you cannot use the programs that you already owned and have to either do without programs because of the cost. So while the Click has a decent price the extra cost of the stuff you have to buy makes it actually costlier. Would not buy it again.

It is really slow it constantly freezes if you move the mouse like shake it to try to see where the clicker is it goes to the Windows home. It takes forever to turn on sometimes hours, you havc to constantly click the power button

Slow and painful

The tablet battery didn't work out of the box. I found the keyboard to be very light and with the weight of the tablet, constantly wanted to tip backwards, causing my typing fingers to slam it back down. Very slow processor. Touch function works well though.

Returned the laptop two days after I bought it. It did not work; hard drive issue.... I liked the idea of the 2-n-1, but the tablet was a little big... I went back to an HP laptop.
