So, let's outline everything that you'd want to know. This will include reliability, appeal, hardware and features, performance, and price. So reliability, this computer does what it needs to. It is good for browsing the internet, watching videos, and for doing work. Now as for gaming, I'll get back to that later. Now as for appeal, I felt the keyboard is a little blocky, crooked, and weird, but the keys are fairly responsive to when you tap them. However, you can get used to it, and plus you can plug in an external keyboard. The mouse pad should only be used if you're too lazy to plug in the mouse. The mouse pad is prone to failure. The screen is very clear and vibrant. It's not too glossy, provides a clear picture, and I just rubbed my finger across the screen, and I see no oil marks. I like it. Now audio, audio is a little trippy. The built in speakers are quite unappealing. It sounds like just brown noise that changes in pitch and amplitude accordingly. If you plug in earbuds, headphones, or external speakers, the audio should sound fine. Now moving onto hardware and features. It includes a built in webcam and microphone. Nice. Now, the microphone is good for voice communication and etc, but not for professional recording. The webcam is a little crude, but what do you expect? It's a webcam! It also includes a 500GB harddrive, and 4GB of RAM. Excellent. Need I say more? The CPU is an AMD CPU with two cores, each clocked at 1.4GHz. Now, if you are rich person who likes to be picky, I advise you to get a computer with an intel CPU, but if not, you can be thrifty and make the best of it. It also includes an AMD radeon HD 7310 for graphics. I'm not sure if this is a chipset, or if it's a miniaturized graphics card. Now while the radeon 7000 series includes very high rate DX11 graphics cards, what shines isn't always gold, I'll go more into that later. Now the battery, I like to keep my computer plugged in, but as far as I understand, it's good. Now we're getting into performance. So, disk transfer rate and the RAM are both excellent. Not much room for improvement. The CPU is fine, it will do the things you want it to do, but it's not great for multitasking or accelerated processing. Now gaming, I was rather disappointed. When I read "radeon HD 7310", I became very excited, thinking "OMG! I could play Battlefield 3 on Ultra or High with this!". Wrong. Either the drivers are faulty, and the computer chooses to run your games on the CPU integrated graphics chipset, or the fact that it only has 384MB of dedicated ddr3 video memory limits gaming performance. If anyone has managed to fix the drivers and play games with high end graphics, I would like to know. However, I've been able to play CoD4 single player when I adjust the graphics settings correctly, and I might be able to play multiplayer as well. I also expect that I'll do fine with Half-Life: Blue shift, TF2, and CS:S. Maybe even Dead Space. Now price. Maybe you're not a computer junky like me, and you just want it for more basic purposes. With it's price, that is a perfectly good reason to buy this computer. Now if you are very technically fluent, or you know someone who is, maybe you could fix the drivers, maybe you could upgrade your graphics memory somehow. Or you could set up a rig with an external graphics card, power supply, monitor, keyboard, and mouse. However, I have not tried anything like this, and it would almost certainly be cheaper to just buy a better computer. So I'm not going to say whether or not it's a good computer, just judge for yourself and decide if you want to buy it.
