Service coverage is not guaranteed until the registration process is complete and a successful match of part number, serial number and service sku are confirmed. This process typically takes 48-72 hours.

How to find your information
This information is located on the bottom of your notebook. You will see the model name (in the blue block), Manufacturer's Part Number (in the red block) and Serial Number (in the yellow block).
