At Toshiba America Energy Systems, we give back to the communities in which we live and work, striving to serve as a trusted corporate citizen through ongoing financial support, education initiatives, volunteer efforts, and sustainability programs. In addition to coordinating opportunities and programs as an organization, we also encourage our employees to become involved in local events and causes they are passionate about.

Education and STEM Initiatives

In conjunction with our sister Company, Toshiba Americas Inc., we are a proud supporter STEM education through the Toshiba America Foundation, which provides grants to classroom teachers to enhance science, technology, engineering, and mathematics learning. Additionally, we sponsor the Toshiba/NSTA ExploraVision program, a premier STEM competition for students in grades K-12 in the US and Canada. These initiatives reflect our dedication to nurturing the next generation of innovators and problem-solvers.

We also have a robust internship program across several of our group companies to bring talented college students to Toshiba to gain experience working in a corporate environment.  We often hire those graduates to become part of our team after their college experience concludes.
