Together, these elements position Toshiba’s QDMS as a leader in the industry, setting a benchmark for quality and performance that others aim to achieve.

Employee Management Module

Configure an in-house solution to support employee assignments according to certification levels!

  • Employee Layout: Facilitates the assignment of tasks based on employees’ proficiency levels, placing them in stations where their expertise is most effective and rapid rotation.
  • Training Matrix: The matrix tracks the impact of training on employee skills and productivity while improving resource allocation.
  • Employee Training and Development: Configures in-house solutions to support training based on task/skill specific certification levels.
  • Attendance – Track planned and unplanned absences with full integration to employee layout.

Product Management/Analysis (coming soon)

Our quality management system supports manufacturing planning and real-time production monitoring with:

  •  Traceability: Stores and manages all manufacturing data, from raw material lot numbers to finished-good packing status.
  • Check sheets: Automatically detect out-of-range values and enable swift corrective action.
  • Production dashboard: Displays KPIs and real-time production conditions and status.

  • The operator layout and production planning: Optimizes workspace efficiency and resource allocation by automatically generating streamlined layouts and production schedules.
  • Advanced data analysis and preventive diagnosis: Leverage real-time insights to minimize labor costs and defect rates by identifying potential issues early and optimizing production efficiency.

Insulated Bearings

  • An electric motor operating on an adjustable speed drive is at risk for premature bearing failure caused by stray currents. Experience indicates using insulated bearings on both ends of the motors is the most effective way to protect the motor from destructive currents. A high level of bearing protection is especially beneficial in applications where motor maintenance and replacement are difficult.
  • Extended Horsepower Capability

  • Extended horsepower capability allows a smaller motor to run at a higher horsepower than its baseline depending on the application requirements. This provides motor users potential cost savings while achieving the same motor performance.
  • Insulation with Wide Thermal Capability

  • Critical cooling motors utilize many Class H insulation materials in its winding designs, which provides increased thermal protection. These motors operate with a very low temperature rise at rated conditions, giving them a wide thermal margin and extended motor life.
  • Low Vibration

  • A vibration level exceeding NEMA MG1 requirements provides stability and durability by prolonging motor and bearing life and helping to reduce downtime.
