RemotEye® III is a complete Toshiba Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS) management solution for the 1600XP Series, 4200FA Series (touch-screen model), and 4300 Series. RemotEye III is a tool designed to control and monitor Toshiba UPSs remotely via Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP), Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP/web browser), and Modbus TCP methods. In addition, when a power outage occurs, email notifications can be sent to the network administrators or maintenance personnel. Should a prolonged power outage occur, RemotEye III can initiate an orderly shutdown command to connected servers to minimize any risk of data loss.
