Crawford Electric Supply Named Gold Distributor of Toshiba Uninterruptible Power Systems
HOUSTON, TX—October 14, 2015—Toshiba International Corporation (TIC) today announced the addition of Crawford Electric Supply to the expansive network of Toshiba Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS) distributors. Crawford joins the growing list of Toshiba UPS Gold Tier distributors who are qualified to offer the latest in Toshiba power protection products.
"Crawford Electric is fully equipped to deliver the latest Toshiba UPS products through their vast network,” said Greg Mack, Vice President and General Manager of Toshiba’s Power Electronics Division.
Toshiba UPS products now available through Crawford Electric include uninterruptible power systems, battery cabinets, flooded batteries, tie cabinets, input/output switchgear, power distribution units (PDUs), and monitoring software. As a Gold Tier distributor, Crawford Electric offers the latest in Toshiba UPS technology such as the three-phase 4400 Series UPS and single-phase 1600XPi Series UPS. The reliability and efficiency of Toshiba UPS products provide uninterrupted power and power quality solutions to data centers, healthcare, retail, telecommunications markets and more.
In 1990, Crawford Electric Supply opened its first store in Dallas, Texas and began a tradition of excellence. Within five years of opening, the store was ranked first in the twin city market. Crawford Electric grew from one store with $2 million in sales and six employees to $320 million in sales with six locations in Texas (Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Fort Worth, and College Station).
