E-19: CPU communication error

Cause:
E-19 fault is caused a communication error from the Control CPU in the drive and other components.
Clearing:
Cycle power on the unit, if the fault re-occurs the drive Control CPU is most likely damaged and the unit will need to be serviced or replaced. Discussion
This fault is fairly rare and almost always indicates that the drive has incurred some damage to one or more of the components on its printed circuit boards. If the fault can be cleared then normal operation can be resumed but it is best to monitor the unit for future trips.
