E-44: Battery of panel failure

Cause:
E-44: Battery of panel failure occurs when the small , coin cell battery in the AS3 keypad dies or is removed.
Clearing:
Install a suitable replacement battery in the keypad. Inspect the motor and driven equipment for issues prior to clearing any faults. Use one of the following methods to clear the fault.
• The [STOP/RESET] button on the AS3 keypad was pressed twice in quick succession
• Activate a digital input that has been programmed to “Reset” function
• Set the tyP (F007) Parameter to: 4: Clear past trips
Discussion
The keypad battery is used to keep the keypad memory and any programming stored on the keypad active and available for use. If the battery dies, programming stored to the keypad might be lost.
